Whats the advantage to phone preparation if you have an NTG2.5 with Bluetooth anyway?
Am contemplating a telephone preparation retrofit, but am not sure exactly how it links in to the 2.5.
I have an iphone 4 and was wondering if telephone preparation might be able to boost the signal strength.

One of the advantages of phone preparation is that the phone is using the external car antenna when docked to the cradle. The phone battery gets charged too. The head unit actually still connects to the cradle via BT.
The option to use BT SAP adapter is another advantage of the phone preparation (not for the North American market).
