02 C240 Bose Speaker Upgrade Questions
Hopefully someone here can help me out. I've got an 02' C240 with the Bose speaker system. Two of the 6.5" door speakers blew out so I want to replace all four front and back. Do I have to replace them with bose or can I opt for a differant brand. I've heard something about the bose system not accepting off brands but Im not sure. I cant seem to find the Bose replacements anywhere online.
Also I have two subwoofers in a sealed box that I figured I would have installed at the same time. Can I just tap into the OEM bass module in the rear deck and run a power wire to the battery or will the Bose system give me any problems with that? Thanks any help would be much appreciated the blown speakers are driving me crazy.
