Looking to buy the ALMBAUX - Fiber Optic Auxiliary Adapter

I have a 2003 W203 (C240) which has the Bose system. I am currently using a tape deck adapter to listen to my iPod. As many of you know, using a tape deck adapter causes loss in audio quality and of course the lovely tape deck "hiss". I do enjoy listening to music, and I would love to listen with normal quality from my iPod. Enter in the ALMBAUX. I have seen that this adapter will make all the difference in the world. The installation isnt terrible, and I will have normal quality audio with an aux input. I have found the only retailer online: http://www.logjamelectronics.com/soundauxmb1.html selling it for $169. I wanted to know if anybody here happens to have one laying around that they are willing to sell. I will even consider a used unit, as long as it is functional and I can get all of the cables and parts required to install it.
