Hi,
what's the question - how to enable the Aux input (Comand: Audio/Audio/Aux) or where to plug the connector in (glovebox)? If you cannot find a proper connector in your glovebox, check, whether code 518 is installed in your vehicle (Universal Consumer Interface, aka Ipod-Interface). This U.C.I. comes with three different adaptor cables from Germany: one for your Ipod, one for a USB-Connector and one for a 3,5mm Stereo connector).

Depends on the day...
LOL, not on mine! On the left side of the box is a small air vent with an adjustable air flow cover. With the exception of a small light, there is nothing else in the box.

you can order the parts from MB and add them or you can cal midcity and buy 3 terminated RCA plugs and put them in the harness as mentioned by diesel. more than likely if yours has not have the comand update you should have it performed. it will have the video word between phone and system on the top of the screen
earlier vehicles did not have them enabled from the factory

Do you happen to the parts number? I called the dealer and he has no clue on what I'm talkng about. He says I need the part numbers. He provided with a cable harness and I really dont think that does the trick.

I will make a call to TJ at midcity but if you can lookup the MB part number Saturday it would be greatly appreciated. I tried several online sellers and keep gettting the wrong part. So at least if I go with MB I can't go wrong.

well I looked at it on EPC NET, the MB parts catalog that they use and couldn't find it. I will find a vehicle with it in already and run the VIN to see if it comes up. I think honestly the Midcity RCA jacks will be the cheapest route to go.
