1998 e430 stereo stopped working

92 mercedes benz 500E,91 corvette ZR-1,90 mercedes benz 300CE AMG body pkg.
1998 e430 stereo stopped working
the stereo was working fine until i tried to install the cd changer in the trunk ....aftert i wired it all up , the stereo stopped working ... it wont turn on ... so i disconected the changer , and still nothing ...checked the fuses under the back seat and under to hood ... none were blown.... any ideas???? it wont even input the code ., am i missing something??? any hidden fuses??
any help would be great

i also noticed that my signal lights dont flash as i lock the doors ....and all fuses are good. ...help!!!!
