Dension BTA1500 issues

Guys,
Are any of you running the Dension BTA1500/GW500 MOST setup?
If so, I have a query please.

The Bluetooth connects on the first attempt ONLY?
As in, the first auto-pair is successful when you are near, or in the car. However, if, for some reason it doesn't auto-pair the first time, how do you force it to pair..the only way I have figured out is to pull over, switch off everything, wait for about 3 minutes and then switch on again!
This is absurd and Dension haven't been too much of a help here..
Am I missing something as I am experiencing this about 75% of the time..

You are probably not getting much response because the Dension is not as widely used as some of the other solutions, even less so with the BTA. This is a known problem with the BTA. It generally helps just to switch out the BTA for another one (unless you want to replace the system for one that we think is more reliable). A switch out will fix it many times.
