Navigation/map for the middle east

I have moved to the middle east and the current navigation system in my S550-4matic (2010) does not recognize anything locally.
The dealer here doesn't know what to do and says live with it.

Any ideas how to get Middle East maps? And is it compatible with US comand systems?
