H7 75W HID - design fault
Hi,
has any one tried H7 75W HID Xenon bulbs in his car?
I wanted to use them in High beam, but seems almost all suppliers have wrong bulb dimension..

On the right you see a 55W HID bulb that matches the standard H7 bulb. On the left you see a 75W HID bulb, there is an offset in the socket, so focal point does not match and the bulb is unasable.
Does any one know a 75W H7 HID that matches the standard H7?

Found just one at alibaba that seems to match, but minimum quantity is 50.
Bye,
Stephan

I fouund another 75w bulb without the offset in lentgh. But probably all those 75/100w bulbs with ceramic base have another problem. Precision is poor, bulbs slope. So light output is terrible.
I uploaded some pics in my gallery:

35/55w HID with plastic base fit nice but 75/100w with ceramic base are poor.
Anyone with same/other experience?
