Stereo Installation for '99 E430
I'm looking at an Alpine or Kenwood stereo unit, and am wondering how hard it would be to replace the existing OEM unit.

Crutchfield says they provide an adaptor for this car, for free, among other installation tools.

Is this a fairly easy and straightforward job?
