HELP!! Command Audio interface mod

HELP!! Command Audio interface mod
I have been searching around and cannot find any info on this box and hope some of you can help. Here is what I know for sure.
1. A company out of Germany has made a replacement module for the factory amplifier in Mercedes cars with Command systems. This unit replaces the factory bose amp and gives you RCA audio outputs and inputs ...Front Rear and non fading outputs and L + R inputs. The outputs are not equalized anymore so this is the aftermarket solution we have all been looking for.
2. I own one! But I bought it for a pretty penny and the company I bought it from removed all idications of where it came from.
3. it plugs into the fiber bus to get its signal
4. My sound system sounds incredable!!!
I think the company or the box is called IMOX or something.
This is truely the answer and I want to purchase more of them for my other cars and my friends but I don't want to pay the high price these guys are asking for it (3500USD)
Any insight would be sweet

I can get those...at a way beter price as well...I have had one in my hands before and yes - it IS the solution for who ever is upset with Bose quality (although a simple sub can do a lot in combination with Bose as well).

This is all I know...I will try and do some more research on this but I had hoped someone had seen it.
Understand this is not some hokey adapter. It takes place of the amplifier and connects via the fiber optic bus. It gives you auxillary input and 20-20k fading and non fading outputs. It is the answer!!
imox was just a guess. Thought I overheard this name when I was having the installation done. Either way it is not a $3500.00 piece,

See what you can find out. I am in the audio industry. I might be able to help out if I can get some more info. I need that piece like yesterday and know a few other people that could use it also. Right now the only answer is Nav-TV.

This unit is available from a company in Bellevue WA...Innovative Audio 425 885 2814...Maybe someone other than me can get info out of them...They know I am a laydown!!

I have found it...The company is called Domino Mfg. they build the oem amplifiers and such for mercedes...The only US distributer is Innovative Audio in Bellevue WA (425) 885 - 2814 speak with Brian Ellis.

This unit is really designed to give you the ability to add DVD but it can be the replacement for your amplifier. and it becomes your processor... You replace the Mercedes AMP with This box and you can install any aftermarket amplifiers you want with no hoaky siznit......

How much $$$?
If you replace the BOSE amp do you still have access to the surround modes from the head unit (Driver, Speech, Ambient, none)?
Will new stuff show up for the head unit to control?
Can you use this WITH your bose amp just for the aux inputs?
