Message for Steve NL
Okay, I am supposed to meet Steve in Philly on Thursday. But he has yet to tell me where in Philly he would be. I know he has two jobs to do there, and one of them is my phone. The problem is it takes me at least 10 hours to drive there and meaning I would have to leave tomorrow afternoon. If I can't get a hold of him or where he would be by tomorrow morning or early afternoon, then it would be impossible for me to get to him. Unless he could schedule me another time.

Well, guess I better get my plan B ready if plan A failed. Sure, plan A is more pratical and economical. But if Steve cannot work with me, then I will have to seek the plan B.
Plan B:
Get an Alpine system like the one in my other car with the navigation system installed. And get a Alpine Mobilnet hub which would work with Nokia 6310i. And a Alpine CD changer that plays MP3 and regular CDs. Drawback, more expensive than plan A. And may want to drive out to San Diego to La Jolla Audio to get the job done. But that's only as the last move if all else failed.

Which is better in US? GSM? or TDMA? or CDMA?
I noitced most device is only capable with the Nokia 6310i. Same stuff as the Alpine Mobilnet. So, is it better than TDMA and CDMA in the good old USofA?

Because of some problems installing the Command in NY, he has decided not to go to Phily to do my phone and another Command jobs. You can e-mail him as I did or go to his website. He has hundred of e-mail everyday, so be patient, it would take a few days for him to reply you.

Steve
I figure that while he is travelling in the US, he has no access to his email. Steve sent me his travel schedule and install schedule but no contact info in US.

Not true, he has access and he e-mailed me from NY telling me the troubles he's having and could not do mine in Philly. You just have to be patient.

Steve
He is a great guy. I had car toys install the Comand that Steve sent me and worked perfectly. Now I am waiting to get the TV working. I also added Sirius to the Comand through the auxiliary input. Works great even with hidden GPS and satellite antennas.

Due to my US travels, comand installs and places I get offered to sleep...I cannpt access my email on a daily base and I don't have time to reply whatever mails I receive...every now and then I do have internet access and do reply the most urgent mails...
My first couple of US comand install days have been screwed up by 2 missing 2DIN supports that needed to go in 2 W210s...my apology for everyone affected by that.
rmklaw has my phonenumber and dtkw would have it as well aftre emailing Scorchie (who was kind enough to lent me his phone).
Today's comand installs went smooth...
greetingz,
