I just got my car back from service where they did a COMAND update due to inability to do bluetooth streaming. Problem solved. HOWEVER, volume is now very low on everything, it sounds like you're listening to the system through a tin can, and Logic7 activation does absolutely nothing.

Could this be a bad update? Tech updated with software meant for a different vehicle? Anyone know what could cause this?

Something is screwed up, you would need the SDS to find out, they might of used the wrong disk, but it is unlikely. or, they might of interrupted the update.
