It seems like the drive kit plus for iphone 4 is available in USA and dealers are now installing it. However I cant find any information on how exactly this thing connects to comand and how is switching between comand/drive kit plus is done. Anyone has any information on it? Do you need Star to program it or is Drive kit plus is plug and play installation via engineering menu?
