Help? No power to amp and ticking sound from fuse area.
I'm completely new to car audio but wanted to give this install a shot. Now I need some help.
Installed sub, amp (power direct from battery), and all the wiring. When I turn on the car, I hear a few ticks from the fuse box area and then nothing. The amp gets no power.
First I thought it was the in-line power fuse so I bought a new one. Same problem.
