weird problem with lights cls500
hey guys!
I am having a very weird issue with my 2006 cls500.
I upgraded all the interior lights to AZN LEDS with no problems. however the interior on the trunk (using the same size 38mm festoon) turns on then shuts off, 5 second pause and it turns off then shuts off again, and just repeats. The same thing happens to my reverse light. The reverse light is soldered in, so I removed it and soldered in a new light. it works perfectly when its plugged into external power, however when I put it back into the cars electronics it does the same thing. On, then off for 5 seconds, then on again.
does any one have any idea what is going on? I tried turning off the car, taking the key in and out, switching to on and off position multiple times, still nothing. any help would be very appreciated.
