Need Logic 7 speakers
I think a few of the speakers may be blown, definitely the drivers side tweeter (the shrouding won't stay put either).
Where is the best place to purchase replacement speakers for the logic 7 system?
Are there plug and play upgrades?

Depends on what you mean by plug and play. If you don't go crazy with replacement, you could replace door component speakers yourself, with a similar inexpensive set, using basic tools (torx set, a soldering iron, solder) in less than a few hours. If replacing with somewhat high performance speakers, you may want to spend time by adding acoustic mat, high quality speaker wire etc.
It may be best to purchase a new tweeter enclosure if it keeps popping out.
Several online retailers offer good value, advice and warranty (buy from a reputable source if purchasing expensive speakers, I paid full price since fakes are on the internet for known brands). Email or PM me, I can provide additional details and options.
