Deleting paired phone- please help

Deleting paired phone- please help
Hello all-
Could anyone please help me with deleting a paired phone from Bluetooth???
I unfortunately allowed a friend to pair his iPhone to my car's Bluetooth audio and phone.
I've looked everywhere and can't find anything that shows how to delete the phone with my model year (2014). It's a E class.
The only option that is available is "deactivate Bluetooth" but that deactivates my phone too. I just want to delete the friend's phone.
The car's instruction booklet and mb online haven't been helpful either. Plenty of information on how to pair a device but NOTHING on how to DELETE an already paired device. Ugh. Thanks.
