Radio changes stations by itself
Hi all! New to the forum and the search function wasn't much help.
I've had a 2005 SLK 350 for a few months now.....it was fine when I bought it but now the radio CONSTANTLY changes stations on its own, like it's on permanent "scan" mode but even faster. Sometimes I can get a station for a few minutes and then when I hit a bump, it changes again. Could this be a fuse problem, or something else? Happening on AM and FM both.
Some days I can't even turn off the radio until I shut the car down......when it's in this mode it doesn't respond to any buttons being pressed.

sounds like a stuck button, if you have steering wheel controls, make sure you are not in audio mode which will help in troubleshooting.
