I NTG4 update to version 12. First, I put a dvd copy and stood at 95 % and did not want to go further and display a message insert the dvd No.2 ( it was planted in all the time ) . DVD put him in 1 , 3 and 2, and nothing. Only when I put funniest DVD nr3 all went to 99 % and stood and crashes to me the word " MAP UPDATE NOT POSSIBLE . PLEASE REFER TO THE OWNER 'S MANUAL". What could be the reason that even at the ori plates does not want to update ? Please help
