Can I Add Backup Camera to Comand Unit
Hi all,
I'd like to know if it is possible to add a backup camera to the Comand Unit which did not come with it installed. I have a 2006 CLS with a Mobridge M2Pro module installed for Bluetooth and phone features (works great!). Any advice re how one might add the camera feature would be appreciated.

I've dealt with them in the past, while working for the MB dealership, it was 50/50 experience. First experience was OK, as NAVTV was out of stock, the second experience was just crap. we ended up eating a complete RGB convertor as when we called "it should work" was the tech response. so if you work for them mysecondbenz I was the one with the Maybach 62s for the VIM. I fixed it by an RCA splitter and turning it off with the STAR computer like navtv told me to do in the beginning. You do work for them don't you? I mean every post is on backup camera and *******... pandering without being a sponsor is a no-no... and i am sure any moderator can see it.

Just to update; the ********* piece is installed and working flawlessly! Thanks for the advice. Installed price was under $300; the piece was on sale. Back up camera used is Pioneer and works exactly as the stock MB camera does.
