Replacing speakers from HK in CLS55

Hi All,

I have a CLS55 2006 from Japan with the Harmon Kardon system.
Can I replace the factory speakers with aftermarket or are they different impudence like the bose systems?

Also I want to put a proper subwoofer in, is there anyway to intercept only the subwoofer signal and then use it for an aftermarket amp.

I have the capability and equipment to replace the whole system, but I want to keep the OEM look and be able to return to stock easily.
