Hi, Iam using a cla 250 which came with Harman and Kardon Logic 7 speakers and i was very happy with that till my service A. I serviced my vehicle from an Mercedes-Benz authorised service centre last week and now while playing music a crackling and popping sound is noticed from the front right side door speaker.
What might be the reason..?
I have already spoke about this to service advisor and he told that no work is done on speakers and all...😐😐😐

the grille makes noise, could that be it? if not they probably had some software update that screwed it up. regardless, i am sure they will warranty it and fix it
