W208 rt and lt dash screens not working
I have the typical failure of the right and left information displays on the IC not working. I can see in the sunlight that the LCDs are trying to display something, but it's all garbled and not illuminated. I think I read that I can simply clean the circuit card on the back to get them working again. But what options do I have in the event that it doesn't fix it? I have seen replacement screens are available, but I don't know what brand is the safest go-to replacement since I can't find VDO parts online.
