2009 S550 W221 with 43k miles. I started to do a Nav Update V15 and got the usuall message that not recognized, but this time couldn't make selection. I tryed a new Video DVD and got the same message.
I referred to a couple of post, and tryed to see if Cd was operating and now I got "Disc Error" message. it strange because it reads the information on the cd "song Titles" but the gives message.
I tried a cleaning CD once no help.
