Hello

My subscription to Live Traffic Information in the TomTom driven sat nav in the Command Centre has run out. I received an email from Mercedes inviting me to purchase another 1, 2 or 3 years. I followed the link on the email which took me to the Mercedes Me portal where I signed in and tried to add another three years but the system would not allow me to add it to the basket, I got a message saying " In Active".
My dealer seems at a loss as what to do.
What do I need to be "Active" or have "Activated" so that I can renew my subscription to Live Traffic Information?
