Does anyone have this type of rear entertainment setup? I just bought one and installed it on my 2016 e350, but it only stays on for about 3 minutes and then both monitors shut off. I'm also surprised the sound doesn't go through the speakers and only through headphones. The dealer doesn't know anything about this DVD setup even though it's a Mercedes product. I thought they'd have to set something up through the COMAND unit but they insists they don't have an option to turn it on. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Does anyone have access to parts manuals? I wonder if the rear seat entertainment control module is actually for my year and model. Here it is.
