Does this sound to expensive?
I am having my stereo replaced at Sound Advice today and tomorrow. The are charging me $4k which was twice what I had planned to pay. Here is what they are doing.
Alpine head unit
MB Quartz components up front and rear
2 10 JL subs in custom box
5 channel JL amp
Python alarm system

What kind of deck..is it a touchscreen type of ordeal...that would be a driving cost.
Otherwise 4g's does sound a bit steep. If you are not getting the touch screen set...for 4g's I would at least expect a multi-amp setup as opposed to a 5-channel
