Hi all,

If I wanted to get a firmware/prl update on my MB Startac do you know if I could just go to the cell provider (Cingular) or would I have to go to a MB dealer. I am always having the firmware/prl updated on my non mb phone via the provider (sprint).

CIngular will not be able to do it. You have to do those things from Mercedes benz only.
