Hi guys,

I have a 2011 GLK 350 and I am having problems connecting my phone with it. I get to the external authorization part but it goes no where from there. It doesn't see my phone nor does my phone see the car. What could be the problem? My phone is updated to the latest iOS and the car I would assume isn't updating it's software anymore, could the issue be simply that?
