I have experience with all three but only MB Quart in a car environment. The build / quality of the drive units on all three is very good. If I had to pick one overall it would be Focal. I've only used Focal in home speaker design so I can't attest to their car longevity.

Dynaudio no longer sells components in the US .
I would not use the Focals as they are less bullet-proof than you want in a car(even though they are Kevlar!) Take a look at Scanspeak, my favorite. The MBQ's are very good too, I would not be surprised if they made the stock drivers for Mercedes. I would leave the front drivers as is, they are very well designed. Good luck, let us know what you did.
