This is slightly off the original topic but can someone confirm that a DVD navigation disc can be backed up and used for everyday use?

Thank you.

Has anyone backed up their Teleatlas 2004/05 CD yet for their own personal use?

I still can't make a backup of my cd disc. I have tried Nero, 120 and Roxio on the PC and had no luck with them.
