Touchpad not available under system settings?
Hey everyone
Just took delivery of a second hand 2015 w205 c200 with all the options I wanted ticked, however I can't seem to get the touchpad to work with Audio 20.
When I click it it is recognised by the system, however I can't seem to get it to work properly. I can't draw any letters nor use it to skip songs etc. After reading around I was able to see that perhaps I should activate it under the system settings of the car, however when I go there that option doesn't even appear. Any clue on why that could be?
it is a dealer approved used car so worst case scenario I could go back to them but I would like to find a fix it possible myself.
Your help would be much appreciated.
