How To Get iPhone Integration or BT Streaming on 2003 (D2B) CLK Without AUX?
So I have been doing tons of research as I hope to buy a 2003 CLK 55 in the next week or so. Upon my inspection of this one particular car there is no aux wire, no phone hookup, just a basic radio and a CD Changer. Unfortunately upon searching here there is not so much info as this car is pretty old and most have the updated MOST radio rather than D2B.
I have been looking for some way to connect ipod/iphone either via USB cable (possibly to rear of radio like the Dension unit which is impossible to find) or of course bluetooth streaming. I am just unsure which one will work with this D2B car as you can imagine the details are very hard to decipher.
If anyone can either share their method of ipod/iphone integration to listen to music I would greatly appreciate it. Bluetooth for phone calls is not a necessity, but I am sure if I had it then it would be a nice option.
Otherwise upon my research I came up with the following options
1) OEM iPod integration kit- will this work with my model? https://www.ebay.com/itm/27313350348...sAAOSwgLdavRqz
2) Bluetooth audio adapter (plugs into CD Changer port) but not sure if this is for COMAND only? https://www.ebay.com/itm/143937402638 or a simpler looking version
3) OEM Aux, paired with a bluetooth streaming device (many to choose from of course)- https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...SABEgIuRfD_BwE
4) Go old school with an FM transmitter- worst case scenario here- something like this-
Thank you in advance for any assistance with this!
