A class head unit reset issue

A class head unit reset issue
Ok so my first post and one because I'm a tool.
I was messing about with the dealer menu to check if I could activate android auto on my 2015 a class 180d
I accidentally put the head unit into shipping mode.
I reset the head unit by holid the power button until it reset but since then my reverse camera is failing to operate. I cant hear it opening and nothing on screen.
Ive also noticed the picture on the vehicle menus os of the wrong car and when using my temperature and air speed controls nothing shows on screen like it did.
i appreciate im a complete moron for messing with something i shouldnt and im hoping this can be fixed without a visit to the main dealer.
Any help with a fix would be appreciated.

Ok so an update on this. Via the engineering menu I was able to sort the reverse camera and the Aircon display but still having one major issue.
Phone is connected via Bluetooth, music plays etc but when I make a call, I can't hear them and they can't hear me. Dome the usual fixes like repairing the phone, .aling sure its set to use the car for calls etc but no joy
Any ideas?
