Eqc doesn’t sync with app purchased in Mercedes Me
Hi. Maybe someone can assist me.
I brought my Mercedes from Germany to israel where Mercedes me is currently not available.
When I tried to pair the car to Mercedes me in the uk I didn’t get the text with the confirmation code so a dealer paired it for me. I then bought in Mercedes me apple car play and now when I look at my dashboard in Mercedes Me, it appears enabled in my services.
However it’s not available in the car.
I guess it’s because the car can’t be “connected” to Mercedes me so that the app will be activated/installed.
Is there a solution someone can think of?
