C200 w205
W205 command has no power
Hi

I am new in this forum and need help.
i got a c200 w205 from 2016. The other day when i started the car my screen was black and joypad wont respons. Fuse is Alright. The mecanic suggested a new joypad but still no Luck. Computer came up with that it has no power. The other macanic cant really find the problem. So you have Any other suggestions ? Mercedes dont have time for a check This week.
have Anyone tried This Kind of issue.
No power in joypad
fuse is working
tried cd soft reset trick
