Command Shutting Down New Battery
Why everyone,
I bought a 2012 c250 from Carvana recently and yesterday got the warning notification my battery was dying. Got it replaced today and the notification won’t go away. After driving around today the command center was “shutting off” after a few minutes.
Any ideas on what it could be?
thank you!

Fairly sure that the red warning relates to the auxillary battery and white for the main but I could have that the wrong way around. Search the forum for your class or even just google it for the location. Sometimes on Benzs they aren't located together. Have that checked as well as your alternator together with the comnections to the new battery to make sure they are tight enough. My experience is the aux battery tends to last longer than the main battery. Other areas to consider are ground straps and their connections. Look for corrosion.
