New Head Unit - DB2
Ok guess I am giving up on the 2004 DB2 fiber unit and want to try this - fiber decoder included. Any warnings against - or can someone recommend a better choice please ?

Hey, I could make a hobby out of replying to my own posts. I installed the head unit ($400 with fiber decoder) and it was surprisingly easy in a sense in spite of almost zero instructions. The fiber loop just flat would not work without the CD changer in place and powered up. I tried to take it out but I might have a defective fiber clip, I dunno. Regardless I have a funky chinese android stereo that looks good in the dash and Apple Car play which is all I really wanted.
