Radio Reception
I have a 1998 C280 just purchased. Loos like the original radio. I live in upstate NY and have been having trouble accessing certains stations. All my other cars access the stations.
When I drove 20 miles SE which is closer to NY as I am about 90 miles away the reception got better and all the stations came in. This leads me to believe that it is not the radio but maybe the antena.
1st Question: Anyone come across this before............?
2d Question: How do I get access to the antena? I have read that you need special tools to remove the radio........and also something about it being in the trunk. Any help appreciated.
Last Question: The speakers in the rear and rear side doors seem to be gone....except for the driver side rear with deep bass. Does anyone know the configuaration of the speakers?
