GTA Car Kits Car Play Conversion for W212
I came across this kit Wireless CarPlay and AndroidAuto Integration for Mercedes E-Class 2012-2015 (W212) - GTA Car Kits and wondered if anyone has tried it. I'm skeptical about these sort of things, but I watched the installation video and it was really well done. The installation seems pretty straightforward, but my concern would be frying the screen or otherwise hosing the electronics.

Thanks, good info. Appreciate it. Sounds like you know what you are talking about, so here's a couple of random questions:
1. How hard is it to replace the front splitter? Does the entire front clip have to come off?
2. Does anyone make an RBG kit to replace the existing ambient lighting?
