Missing Tone/Pitch Setting on Set Warning Tones

Anyone just have a volume setting and missing “tone/pitch” in Warning Tones located in Settings-Assistance-Parking-Warning Tones?
There should be 2 separate settings yet I only have one and even MB Service can’t seem to figure it out. 2024 CLE300 fully loaded.

Yes, this is a known software quirk on some new models. The Tone/Pitch setting is often missing or hidden.

A hard reset can sometimes fix it: disconnect the negative battery terminal for 15 minutes. If that doesn't work, it will likely require a future software update from Mercedes. The dealer should report it to MB technical support.

So it is a glitch and not intentional?

My MB Service Dept has reported the issue to the MB Technical Team. MB has to issue a SW update to correct the issue. I won’t hold my breath.

It’s definitely not “hidden” it’s completely “missing”.
