Updating maps
Does anyone know how I can update the maps on an EQS without involving the dealer? I did it once on my S450 and it was easy: load a USB stick and plug it in to trigger the update.
Dealer wants $270!

I just checked my EQE SUV manual and there are several pages devoted to updating maps via USB.
I think the procedure would most certainly be the same with the EQS's.
If a manual did not come with your car, download one online. I like the digital version because one can search for words and terms.
