I have a factory stock radio that has a SAT button to select. the original sticker says it was prewired for sat. I have worked with Sirius XM and they can't access my radio. I have called the dealer and the suggest I bring it in for service. Am I missing a module? I can't find any parts list for such an item.

Is the dealer the last resort?
