Are the February rates for the CLK correct?
I spoke with my dealer and the rates he showed me for the CLKs were different. The MF for the coupes were lower and the cabs were higher. All the other MFs alligned.

They changed mid month. Here is the updated:

You can use the following formula to calculate a lease payment:
(Capitalized Cost – Residual Value) / Term = Monthly Depreciation
(Capitalized Cost + Residual Value) X Money Factor = Monthly Interest
Monthly Depreciation + Monthly Interest = Base Monthly Payment

Hi Tarry,
I was wondering if you could chime in on this one. I'm going to lease a 2006 clk350 coupe. The dealer is offering 2000 under invoice with 2000 in incentives. The drive off fees will be 795 acq and taxes only. The MF and residual is inline in what you posted. So is this a good enough deal? Thanks

The pricing seems pretty good. You may want to compare lease rates on LeaseCompare.com as the MBC ones look high.

The deal w/ the '06 CLK fell through since they wanted me to pay $600 in IPG or their advertising cost. I thought this was BS when they said everyone pays it. Is this customary? I thought the 795 for acq fee was high already when competitors such as bmw and audi are 695, 595.
The residual also went down 1% for March but a MF quote of 1.45% which was unexpected since it's lower then the posted.
