Question Sales Tax exempt and Leases

The Oklahoma legislature passed a new law which gives certain disabled veterans exemption from sales taxes and excise tax for vehicles. I am in the process of leasing a new S550. Does this mean I will pay no taxes as part of the lease?

Oklahoma HB 2091, by Rep. John Wright, would eliminate the excise tax on vehicles purchased in Oklahoma that were manufactured in Oklahoma.

No, actually, this is different. This law has been in place for almost a year now, and affects only 100% service-connected veterans. We are given a sales tax exempt card, and don't have to pay excise tax every three years.
My question is how will this affect my lease payment? The payment, to my understanding, is in 2 parts, depreciation and sales tax. Can you give an example?
