E350 Lease - Question

Does anyone know if there is "special" on 33 months lease for E350? I am trying to find out the money factor and residual for this.

Also, is there any other incentive? What's the best time to buy / lease between now and end of the year?

There's information about this in the automotive leasing and Financing thread but here it is.

2008 Mercedes E350 Sedan
24 Month – Residual 63% of MSRP – .00100 Base Rate
36 Month – Residual 52% of MSRP – .00160 Base Rate
48 Month – Residual 44% of MSRP – .00160 Base Rate
60 Month – Residual 40% of MSRP – .00355 Base Rate

For a 33 month lease you might get down to around .00150 or so. Always try to negotiate with the sales rep and good luck...
