2005 Winter event fraud
I purchased a CPO 2002 c230. At the time the promotion was purchase a CPO benz and finance through MB and they will make 2 payments. 1st and Final payment.Well, they made the first and now refuse to make the final one. Did anyone else buy a car through this program? All i got was a alot of time on hold by phone and even a rude finance manager. How am i supposed to ever trust MB ever again?

MB financial has an arrogant additude toward their borrowers. No one you can reach on the phone is empowered to make any adjustment in favor of the customer. If you write to them, and they owe you money, you will not receive a reply. If a lawyer sends them a letter for you, they believe "if we ignore this, he'll run out of money soon."
The only way it seems to attract their attention is to file. Then they will fight tooth and nail. If your contract allows attorney fees, you might win big, but it can be hard to find an attorney on contingent, you'd have to foot the bill yourself. Most contracts have an arbitration clause that puts you at a disadvantage.
Another avenue is your state attorney general, he may prosecute false advertising charges.
