Do you think I can do better? they are selling the car at invoice and an additional 4k cash back/loyalty. I know the 09's are right around the corner so I am wrestling with waiting for an 09 or take the 5 month lease wavier and 4k cashback/loyalty offer.

You say there is a 5 month lease waiver? I'm told there is a 5 month waiver (or "pull ahead program") for virtuallly all MB's EXCEPT for the R. Did they just add the vehicle?
You also say that there is $4k cash. I heard only 2k.
Granted, my information is about 3 weeks old.
What state are you in and can you give us your dealer?
