End of Lease Purchase? - Discount?
When my car lease ends, I'm probably going to buy it. My question is, does MB offer any discount to the residual? THe car is on a 2 year lease, residual is about 42K I believe.

When I leased my car, my salesguy told me to call him before I bought it out. He said he could get me a better deal than the buyout number on my lease... Hope this helps.

Mercedes Benz Financial will usually do nothing for you but the dealership can buy it and sell it back to you, often at a discount and sometimes with preowned certification.

MB directly wont discount the car. The dealer? Maybe? I have leased many cars. Any reason you leased it and now want to buy it? Usually there should be a good reason. One reason would be its worth more than the risdual payment, which is not common. If you trust the dealer you can try what was said here. For all you know they pull a fast one and dont honor that. It is possible they will make extra $$$ from MB by taking your back and selling it to you. the car business is pretty crazy.
