Combining One Pay With MSDs
I am probably going to lease an E63 S rather than buy. Can I combine the MF reduction from 10 MSDs with the MF reduction from One Pay (paying the entire cost of the lease up front--not a cap cost reduction)? If I did what would be the total reduction in the MF? And does Mercedes have a lower limit on the MF reduction?

You are correct with the maximum of 10 Multiple Security Deposits per contract, however, they cannot be used in conjuntion with Special money factors (one-pay).

I will likely do ED. Does that affect MF? At BMW it slightly increases the MF.

Yes, auto pay subtracts .00010.
Euro Delivery - Add. .00020. May be used in conjunction with Single Pay lease. The net rate adjustment would be .00060 (.00020 for the Euro Delivery Add and subtract .00080 for the Single Pay discount)

Also, 10 MSDs reduce MF by .00030 right?
When I am closer to delivery I will PM you for a quote for prepaid maintenance.

I am a little confused here.
How much does each MSD reduce the money factor? Is it .000070 for each for a total reduction of .00070 for ten? If you add autopay to that the reduction is .00080 which I understand is the same MF reduction as Single Pay gives. Am I right?
I understand that if you do Single Pay you cannot do MSDs as well.

It's 0.00007 reduction per security deposit, for a maximum of 0.00070 for the full ten. Just did one, and learned about a few restrictions.
You can't combine Autopay with MSD to get 0.00080.
You can't use MSDs with non-standard money factors. Standard MF is 0.00210 for Tier1 and IIRC 0.00195 for Tier1+.
You can't use MSDs when you make capitalized cost reductions.

What is the lowest money factor to which you can apply MSDs to lower it further? I thought that 0.00195 was a standard money factor-- just slightly lower for people with stellar credit.
Also, can you apply the .00800 One Pay lease discount to a promotional or nonstandard money factor?

Sorry, bad writing on my part. Corrected my post.
Yes, 0.00195 is a standard rate. AFAIK it's the lowest possible standard MF you can get with best possible credit (maybe a sponsor can confirm/deny, or someone who's gotten a lower standard rate can correct me?), so it's the lowest MF to which you can apply MSDs. One-Pay also has the same restriction as MSDs - can't combine with cap cost reduction or promotional rates.
